Have you ever wondered why some diplomas get the wrong job? Like, the fine arts major gets a big corporate job. Even better, the accounting major gets the finance job. Well, some say it has to do with money. The Finance guy who wanted the analyst job wanted $100,000 a year. But the communications major was only simply looking for a job.
The guy who wanted $100,000 a year, starting off, wanted that money for sitting at an office and desk for about 70 hours. That’s why that person was worth it. On the other hand, the fine arts major battled a lot of problems. Finding the job difficult, and spent the majority of their free time eating with people and talking around; making them much more social. In today’s world, the computer doesn’t and isn’t going to need a person in front of it to do the work. It even can print off and e-mail time sensitive information.
Yet, like the fine arts major, there is still a need for people to talk and converse at the job. Networking and completing some regular reassurance that their money is all right. Most cannot predict the exact person that is perfect for the job. However, being social and taking on challenges is always route to an honest career. We’re not saying major in things you don’t like or try a random study to get the right job, but be open to new avenues to your career. Business is not suppose to be linear, and a lot of the routes seem obtuse.
