Have you ever heard it’s your choice not your option. It’s a funny saying to make it seem more objective that things can be a choice and not an option. A choice was made, rather than option which comes from authority. These days in business fashion, we think of regular attire as a choice, but a suit and tie is always an option. It is still business attire.
Most were taught that wing tip shoes were great and made you look like an expert. While open toe shoes are still not allowed at a lot of places, the world has made some real neat sandals and shoes for a fashionable time at the job. Business fashion deals with the style of clothes, cosmetics, behavior, etc., especially the “esp” of the latest and most admired style.
It’s happening in a lot of forms, like the music industry and corporate lifestyle. They always talk about jeans that look great with nice, but comfortable shoes. If you ask the experts, it’s usually deep blue and slim jeans. You can even find a pair of Apple Bottoms that are great at the office.
What forces are happening that are impacting less ties and blazers for new blue jeans and a Armani collar? Some deals with the amount of leisure that takes place at the job, and major real estate development offices are a little more welcoming. A shirt and tie is too much, and better for a random pair with friends.
So, if your trying to figure out the best way to advance or impress the boss, you should probably try again. This time, the Armani suit might not work, but sure gets a smile. In conclusion, you should go back to the basics like school. That is what is happening. So, fresh jeans and a polo, to show that you are ready to learn. The best/nice and trendy or fashionable outfits, usually are worn by the head honcho’s kids, trying to piece together family and business at the usual banquet. ------------
