What does it take to build a house? A construction company. Sure. It requires a foundation. Sure. It’s one of those trick questions, again. And a foundation is always the most important, because that’s what you build first. How about windows? You guessed a right answer again. However, it’s not the answer. This is one of those challenging questions, where the answer doesn’t always seem right.
Let’s think about it again. A construction company most likely uses the same thing. We should, also, think about why it’s so important with today’s bond markets and high interest rates that rose. You might guess it. Money. That is true, but we probably should think about the houses we build. Big ceilings, odd designs, and houses these days need to be 3,000 square feet for the new generation to buy it.
It might need a special roof, with complex and special electrical work. That sort of makes sense, as well. But how much do houses cost these days? That might frame the question a little better. If you got a great job, you could find one that is $500,000. That is a little pricey. Only, if it were in New York. That is because we can find them for $1.5 million.
Research shows that the average price range for a 3,000 square foot house for those that buy them-well educated of course, because you want to send your kids to a great college. Not just high school, anymore. The price range is $300,000 to $600,000. Well, it might be a good or bad thing. But the answer is a realistic solution for a lot of people. It’s, also, practical. The answer, finance.
We want you to understand finance, not just as brilliant math, but an outlet and somewhat a solution to a situation. This doesn’t mean you should finance everything. We just thought it might be a helpful way for life. We want you to know about it.
